We emphasize on the training and development of talents. Through years of investment, we have built multimedia training centers, libraries for the self-improvement of employees. We have setup training department within HR to focus on employee training, and provide various training programs, both internally and externally to our employees.
The company has cooperation programs with institutes. Employees can pursue vocational training or adult education programs with institutes that have cooperation program with us.
We create training plan each year, covering management skills training, certification training and general skills training. Company certified professionals and management experts give internal training classes each year. Company employees receive an average of over 30 hours training time each year.
